Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date the package was delivered for items that are in their original, unused and undamaged condition. 


When will I get my refund?

Once the item(s) are received in their original, unused and undamaged condition a refund will be issued (minus shipping costs). I highly recommend purchasing "Tracking" and "Delivery Confirmation" with return shipping as we are not held responsible for lost packages.

• All Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.

• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping (both ways for exchanges).
