Returns/Exchanges are accepted within

14 days from the date the package was delivered.

In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unworn/unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

For damaged/broken item(s) a photo is required.

• All Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.

• Custom/Personalized items are non-refundable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (both ways for exchanges).
