RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send an email to: hello@amoorella.com with your Order # and reason for return/exchange.

 

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date the package was delivered for items that are in their original, unused and undamaged condition. 

 

When will I get my refund?

Once the item(s) are received in their original, unused and undamaged condition a refund will be issued (minus shipping costs). I highly recommend purchasing "Tracking" and "Delivery Confirmation" with return shipping as we are not held responsible for lost packages.
