Some items are ready-to-ship and will display a "ready to ship" ribbon. Ready-to-ship items will ship in 1-2 business days.

Shipping time is based on the Shipped Method selected at checkout.

USA DOMESTIC                  
• USPS STANDARD FIRST CLASS MAIL 
(FREE Shipping over $35)2-7 business days
• USPS PRIORITY MAIL: 2-3 business days
• USPS EXPRESS MAIL: 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be shipped with either USPS or UPS.
• STANDARD INTERNATIONAL MAIL: 2-12 weeks
• PRIORITY / EXPEDITED INTERNATIONAL MAIL: 6-10 business days
• EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL MAIL: 3-5 business days

• Custom/Personalized items are non-refundable

• All Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (both ways for exchanges).

 Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date the package was delivered. 

• Shipping charges will be deducted from any returned orders that received free shipping (Amount will be based on current shipping costs at the time original order was shipped).

For items that arrived damaged/broken a photo is required.
